A little something for my princess

And to you my princess;
things lately haven’t been all sweet,
yet we don’t need to tell,
for each other, what our friendship means...

We both are today,
in an important phase of our lives;
these next few years,
will decide where and how we live, we survive..

And maybe now we need each other,
more than ever;
me to keep you grounded, (you can deny it of course)
and you to fuel my ambitions.

It is very rare to have a friend,
so trustworthy, so dear,
who, inspite of all her irritating qualities,
manages to be so near.

Still really surprised,
that its lasted so long;
very few things we have in common,
me so high up and you downtrodden!!!

Yet somehow, some stupid thing,
still binds us;
Yes… sometimes you do irritate a lot,
so much that I feel…
why the hell I give you so much bhaav????
yet somehow, with your idiotic keedas;
you manage to calm my anger
cant help it.. you are a princess; sweet and surreal!!!

And God knows how you have managed,
to survive my nature;
maybe I am just too perfect,
that you must be in awe and so you persevere.

yeah, maybe you cant help it…
I do have that effect,
you can praise me sometimes,
I don’t mind you being honest.

Give me that princess smile,
that melted,
the entire Ice Age!!!

Oh come on… everytime you cant expect something nice,
You know everything is reflected in what I write,
and you also know,
what you mean to me,
so I am sure,
